No wait if you eat at the restaurant at the 95th floor.
As long as you have reservations the wait was probably about 10 minutes.
I went on a weekday and there was a minimal wait.
If you want to go up to the 'tilt', buy a pass and on most days, you won't find much of a line. Avoid saturdays after 11am.

None. As This Is A Cocktail Lounge. However, Lines Are Far More Frequent To Visit The Observation Deck. On A Higher Floor. And More Appropriate For Children.
