The owners are the nicest people. Just talk to the lady (Beatrice) even you order next time and specify seafood only, no meat, and they'll take care of you.
I wouldn't blame you for being frustrated. If you ordered the seafood paella there should not have been any chicken or sausage. I have been disappointed on a couple of occasions with them. If you choose to give them another chance just reiterate the order to them and make sure they repeat it back to you. If they still make a mistake I would ask for a refund.
