PROS: Great amenities, especially pool and bbq grills and favorite was the gym which was very spacious plus Peleton bikes. Garden plots were also a plus if you like to grow your own food. Cafe was convenient for quick morning coffee or bites and plenty of communal areas to entertain guests. Maintenance staff is usually quick to respond and resolve issues plus cleaning staff did great job at keeping building clean at all time esp restrooms and trash rooms. Concierge staff was the best part, they definitely made the experience — hospitable and very helpful (shout out to Bonnie and Jacobi) CONS: Sliding doors seemed appealing at first but wasn’t good for privacy especially when having company. Small bedrooms. Electric stove which is European so not easy to use. Refrigerator was small and was difficult to store food. Complex doesn’t seem kid / family friendly, better for single people or couples. Frequent issues entering / exiting garage. Pet friendly complex however a lot of “accidents” in hallways and elevators. Mis-management of packages. A lot of issues with A/C unit especially during colder months spent a lot of time without heat and they provide low quality space heaters as an accommodation. Overall overpriced, apartments are small so you’re basically paying for the access to amenities. Be aware of fees for repairs upon exiting lease, they overcharged for for inevitable wear and tear like holes from tv mounts or furniture scratches to floors.

The amenities and location of this apartment is very nice. However, their mail handling system is not that great. We have lost several of our packages (even important ones) there.Hi Shruti, Thank you for the feedback, but sorry to hear about your experience with the mail handling system.
