The hotel falsely advertised it had an accessible pool. When we were told we couldn't use the pool because the owner contracted the pool out to a third party. The hotel was run down and dirty. The staff was extremely rude. The breakfast wasn't stocked appropriately. We came down in the middle of breakfast and everything was gone. Strong Marijuana smell on every floor. Mold in shower.

The girl at the front desk was very accommodating, friendly, and was able to multi-task. There was plenty of parking when I got here. I even left a few times and still had my parking spot. The rooms are clean. As you can see in the photo I took. The view is beyond beautiful. The architecture is built solid and you don't hear any noises from outside in the halls( of course if someone is super loud, but we are all human). I walked around the neighborhood and it is extremely scenic. There is a gas station on the corner so you can get snacks and water. I went down to the front desk to ask a question, there was a different set of employees there, they we again friendly, accommodating and helpful. I am very big on reviews as I have over 6millions views on my reviews, so I make sure to really check everything out. I was also reading the reviews some people left, I just don't see how they had such a bad experience, unless they are just not happy with anything. I will definitely be staying here again for my future business trips. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

I booked this hotel online for my son who missed his flight. Online the literature states there is a shuttle from the airport. This is not true. The shuttle is not running due to covid. My son had to walk from a bus stop to the hotel. Upon his arrival, he was required to pay an additional security fee after I booked the reservation with a $200 deposit. I have never had to pay two deposits. The manager on duty was rude and needs hospitality training or retraining. If you miss your flight, this isn't the place to go for your wait-over.

Hotel was clean. I digital checked in a double room, but when I got there, my room was given away, so my adult daughter and I had to share a king bed. The breakfast girl was working Very hard and did an excellent job at keeping the area clean and making sure food items were refilled. The manager should look at the hotel arrivals and get her help on the busier days. I was there for a concert.

I had the same problem the room I reserved wasn't the room I got? They also don't clean ur room either, but I wasn't charged the $75 for the room being straight cuz they don't clean or change the linens? I had to clean n change my own sheets n get clean towels every morning?
the Airport shuttle from EWR to your Hotel is going from P 4 ?
Shuttle is big enough for 11 ppl plus luggage.
Hampton Inn, like all other Hilton family of hotels, offer military discounts.
Yes. Its always best to call for shuttle service. Don't assume they'll pick you at one of the stops since they provide shuttle to company employees.
