They have all these employees and they all seem confused about what their roles are. They are never prepared for the food orders. They just can’t keep up so expect a wait. For drinks but especially food. Unless you like mingling with other customers and watching half your order get cold on the counter. Then this is the dunks for you.

I went here a few months ago and had the worst experience. First the manager Adriana was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I told her I didn’t want my coffee black I said cream and 3 sugars. She rolled her eyes and put milk.. I told her cream not milk. She then proceeded to tell me it’s the same thing. I got furious and demanded to speak to the manager who turns out to be her. It’s a family owned place because her whole family own the place there. No sense of management if these people want to do what they want. I will never return to this Dunkin’ a day in my life ! Also FYI Adriana the manager spit at me for explaining the difference of cream and milk. Corporate will be contacted !!

This is THE BEST Dunkin Donuts in this whole area at the Bergen Street Mall Harrison New Jersey! Guess what. So many funny things happen here. Not long ago, a woman says her coffee is not hot. Not at all. It had just come out of the machine, probably, piping hot. What would have happened if it came out "too hot?" She'd then complain about that, too. The workers here are the best. The workers here are amazing and so humorous and really friendly to every customer. Every customer. Many customers do come in with their attitudes. They want their coffee and their orders in five seconds. Yes, five seconds, right after they've paid for it. Give it to me, now. There is nothing done wrong, here. In fact, everything is done right! No worries. No complaints. Always, there is one person who wants "their way," especially if it was not done wrong, in the first place. Always come here. Food is great. Try their sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. It is something indescribable. And, their bagel bites chives and onions. There are no words for them. Coffee is perfect. Hot chocolate, too amazing. All donuts and muffins, too fresh and tasty. The muffins, wow! This is Mikey's big mouth talking. He knows the truth and speaks it. Come to this Dunkins over all the other ones in this Harrison Kearny Newark North Arlington Lyndhurst Rutherford area. IT IS THE BEST FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU WANT TO EAT AND DRINK!!! DUNKIN!!! YEAH!!! DUNKIN!!! 😁!!! I found one more great thing about this Dunkins. It has something new that you have to try. It's call Hummus and Roasted Tomato on Toast. You bite into it and it takes you over. The hummus and the roasted tomato together is THE BEST!!! Nothing else compares to it, NOTHING! Try it! Love it! Do it! The best. Indescribable. Pure enjoyment. Wow! And, another thing, ...... Dunkin' has a new donut. The cornbread donut. Another indescribable something to eat here!!! Michael. DUNKIN's!!!!!

Not good. Except few staff most of them are rude and do mess up your orders. If you want to listen “Do you know what a latte is?”, when you ask them for replacement, you can always go. The Expresso machine doesn’t work in some cases.
