Clean protected area. About 15 to 20 minutes from Newark airport by their shuttle. Shuttle starts at 7:00 a.m.! If your flight leaves earlier you will need to pay for an extra day ahead of time. Mental note.

It was an absolute disaster! I travel a lot and never ever had any experience close to this one. It took me 1.5 to get to my car! I had to call them multiple times. The guy who was answering the phone was rude and unprofessional! The suttle came after 45 minutes! The parking is far from the airport, and they said they only have one shuttle, which needs to collect all passengers from different terminals and get back again. Will never book this parking again.

Only park here if you have lots of time to spare. I waited to be picked up by the shuttle for over an hour at the airport. No set times for the shuttle so it’s your luck if you make one to get you to your flight. The time between airport and the lot is 20 mins without traffic!

This was one of the most unprofessional parking services I’ve ever been to. The shuttle service they offer was extremely disorganized to get to the airport we had to wait about 30 minutes for them to leave which caused us to be late for our flight. Then when we called the shuttle for pickup we waited over 1 hour for the shuttle service and it never ended up coming. We were standing outside in the cold. We had to take an Uber to the garage. Then upon leaving the establishment the owner started an argument with us about how we were “late” and wanted to charge us an extra $10 even though it was due to THEIR shuttle service. I’ll never give my money to this business again.
