Bill is correct about them serving dim sum until 2 pm. During the week you can order dim sum off the menu but on Saturday and Sunday they serve a wider variety of items from rolling carts. By the way, if you're interested in trying even better Dim sum you should check out Qin Dynasty in Parsippany. They have a great Cantonese menu, including a lot of Dim sum items. They share a building with a Red Roof Inn on Route 46. Worth a trip.
