I stopped at Mavis because I had a flat and they happened to be less than a mile down the road, so mainly out of necessity rather than choice. The staff was extremely helpful and provided several options for tires. Even though they were short staffed they completed the work quickly and had me back on the road in no time. Even though my first visit wasn't planned, the level of service guaranteed that I will be coming back the next time I need tires and/or service.

Steve and Brianna did a wonderful job they assisted me early in the morning they ensured that my car would be ready by a certain time in they've exceeded my expectations and they were very detailed with their analysis and providing me feedback highly recommend using this facility

I’ve been a customer and recommending Mavis Discount Tire for decades. Mavis is never a disappointment. I just recently brought my car in at a dealership for a couple of recalls. I get a call stating, I need replacement parts which would cost around $2,000. Concerned and suspicious I spoke to Joe at Mavis, told him what I experienced and he said bring it in and we’ll take a look at it. Long story short… I picked up my car- bill was $80. Everything was done quickly and within an hour! (Didn’t need any replacement parts) Joe and the rest of the staff are always professional, efficient and honest. Great customer service…always. Great all around ! this was not my first time at this location and definitely won't be the last. they are very friendly (Kyle was the person handling my car), responsive and did not try to upsell! I thought I would need to replace a tire but they were able to fix it - saving me a good amount of $$. would definitely recommend this place for all your tire needs!
