The team at Mavis was great. i had a nail puncture in my tire and live an hour away. I brought a tire in right before closing and they stayed later to patch the tire so i could get home. 5 star service!!!

I came in on short notice for an oil change. They took care of it for me and I am appreciative of that. However, they charged me about $20-30 over the normal price for an oil change with synthetic oil. They also tried to sell me on getting the brake fluid changed. Which was nice but at the same time I get my car serviced regularly and know that I got it changed recently (before 60k) so it was weird that they would ask me if I wanted to do this $90 extra on short notice. I know I need front brake pads and rotors and they didn't even mention that.

Mavis Tire on Franklin and Maple in Ridgewood was great and super efficient! Our new car ended up with a flat tire in the morning (after a low tire pressure warning the night before) thanks to a nail puncture. Mavis repaired the tire (and then replaced it on the car at no charge) while we waited. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and the staff all seemed efficient and capable. We will definitely return to this location for our car needs as they offer a bunch of services, including brakes, balancing and routine car maintenance. Great service and convenient location too!!
