So happy to see the pharmacy staff from the now closed Paramus store. The Ridgewood Stop & Shop Pharmacy is on the 2nd floor. They offer a private area for vaccinations which the Paramus store didn't have. I would gladly travel a few extra minutes to this store for my meds amd vaccines.

This supermarket is in desperate need of either more open cash registers or more self checkout lanes. Each of the past few times I've gone, the line for the self checkout spans back towards the dairy aisle. You spend more time waiting on line to checkout than you do shopping for products. I've tried to give them a chance as I like their selection but their operations are sorely in need of a reboot. If you value your time, go elsewhere.

Never coming back again..I was going through self check out and needed assistance. An employee yelled at me snatched the items from my hands and started scanning and throwing the items onto the counter. NEVER AGAIN WAS SO RUDE.

Horrible customer service and horrible staff members who have no idea what they are doing run this store. The managers also do nothing to help any situation. In fact, they just stand by and just look on while their employees get away with treating customers like dirt. If you don’t like your job find another. These employees need to do better.
