Had a water leak by meter. The water department employee was able to review and let me know that the leak was my responsibility to repair. This service is free and he was very professional...

Horrible customer service! People in office offer to transfer you but disconnect you instead. And when you call to make payment and pay what it says they still disconnect and make you pay to reconnect along with making you wait all day even though you did by phone within 2 minutes of being disconnected. Its summer now and we only have swamp cooler on our house which needs water!!!

Wish I could give lower than 1 Star. If you call first thing in the morning they take the phone off the hook so all you get is a busy signal till they are damn good and ready this place is horrible to say the least I wish they would get a new batch of employees I wonder if it’s a family run business because it just gets worse as time goes by they must be getting older and older and more incapable of doing whatever it is that needs to be done they have no updates, we’re lucky that their phone service is automated just horrible.

You might need to call them. Don't think they answer questions here.

You need to call the water District. It's doubtful they will answer questions here.
