Does the park have specific hours or can it be accessed at anytime? I am driving from Delaware and plan to arrive there at 6am. Will I be able to park that early??

There is at least one small parking lot by the road that is not gated

Most all state and national parks are open dawn to dusk.

While not advisable to be there before dawn or after dusk, there are plenty of areas to park and enter the woods outside of the gated area.

Yes it is Dawn till Dusk in the gates are locked after that
