Do they have humans at the tables or is everything interactive/computerized?

Both, a lot of interactive machines and quite a few tables with actual dealers.

All poker tables have actual employees dealing. The majority of table games have employees dealing with some electronic tables for those who prefer it.

This is a real casino with real people playing the games of chance. My only problem are the rules are changed for blackjack payouts. If not paying $25 a hand, it's 5/6 payout instead of 2/3 according to Vegas rules.
