This place is a lot of fun. It's clean. Trouble free. Just be responsible and you won't have any regrets. This is a must do, must experience, good time with and without friends. Good date night for example. Go make some memories and take a ton of rememberable photos, including tons of awesome pictures of rare rock n' roll memorabilia.

My first time here and at a casino in general and I had the BEST experience!!! The staff is very very friendly and they show you where everything is located. Food was amazing and I ended up coming home with a good amount of cash!!! Will most CERTAINLY be coming back regardless of me being 2 hours away🤪🎰

We started coming here about 2 months ago and their promotions are amazing. I've had $15 a free slot machine money to play on once a week for the last 2 months and then for March is promotion I get $10 off at any food then you there each week.

We visited for the first time since they changed over to Hard Rock on NYE. Great restyle. The floorplan is much more logical. Wonderful selection of new eating choices. Easily twice as many than when it was Jack"s. The employees were all very friendly and eager to assist in any needs that arose. Memorabilia collection is very interesting as well.

I received a flyer from Jack casino in Cincinnati, OH stating that I got two free night at the hotel and two free tickets to see the isley brothers . I made the reservation. For the two free night and tickets had fun at the concert but when I got home Jack casino only paid for one night and I got stuck with paying for the hotel the second night . So don't fall for that two nights b.s. because it's is a bunch of b.s.

If you walk in from the parking garage entrance after you pass security to the right there are double doors leading to the The Parlor. This is the smoking section that offers a full bar and drink service.
No! Most people don’t smoke and there should be no smoking anywhere in public. Casinos are for everyone but I, for one, love this casino because it’s non smoking. PLEASE keep it nonsmoking.
