I had a tire replaced after it went completely flat and the next day I began to hear this grinding sound coming from the side of the car that had the tire replaced. I took it in first thing on a Monday morning and Calvin was honest in saying my car might not be looked at until the afternoon due to staffing. About 3 hours after dropping it off I got a call saying my car was ready for pickup! When I arrived Calvin told me what they had to do and that because it was a simple fix he was not going to charge. As someone who is going to have some larger “milestone” maintenance repairs done on my car in the coming months this was a HUGE financial relief. This location has always taken care of me and I never hesitate when booking an appointment with them!

i have been going there for years lately every time i take my cars there always something else show up .took my van for a oil change find out i had a nail in my tire store made sound like is best to replace and would not fix a flat i agree they charge me $202.00 for a new tire . next day i notice my van was leaking oil and oil in my drive way my car never leaked oil took the car back and talk to jeff about it he said lets check it out after checking said the filter housing need to be change and it cost just for labor not including the housing $647.00 plus part what a rip of place avoid this shop as they creat problem so they make money by the way i took the tire and fix it for $10 and the shop said there is nothing wrong with fixing the tire stop going there

I’ve gotta give this shop five stars. I showed up 10 minutes before they closed because my tire had a slow leak and they went ahead and stayed 10 minutes later than open to get it fixed and get me on my way. Not only that, but they were very nice about it, even though it was the end of what I am sure was an already long day.

Ok service. I went in for an alignment. What should take an hour to do, it took over an hour and almost two. It wasn’t busy at all. I saw a guy take one tire at a time to put away and all I think is lean management. This place can use lean management to improve their safety and quality. They had worked 12 days without an incident. Maybe I’m to picky but I look at all this when sit here to long waiting for a simple task to be completed. Cleanliness- different story. Bathroom was dirty and waiting room was dirty. I don’t know what else to say... needs improvement or Jesus
