Haha I don't think Larry has been to a NYC restaurant in a while. It absolutely was 25% capacity (trust me I've seen it at 100%) They've been doing a great job since reopening for indoor dining from what I can tell.
Decent. About every other table occupied. Patrons not wearing masks. Staff all wearing masks at all times. Saw one chef with a mask down below his nose. Kind of felt more like 50% occupancy than 25.
