I have always had good work done by them. The wait time reasonable with an appointment. Prices in line. I'm happy.

Well my last experience was they didn't align anything I didn't need an alignment. They didnt call me when it was done. None of this was explained to me. I showed up and asked if it was done and was told it was. When I looked at the before and after there was no change. The inner wear on my tires was caused by my struts. That was never mentioned by them. I got a shoulder shrug my time and my money wasted. Lets not leave out the fact that I setup my appointment online and they told me they couldn't get to it till 6 hours later. This was at the brockport, NY location. I would bring it elsewhere unless ur considering the lifetime alignment and even then I'd think twice about it. 0 star review.
