Food was very good, if you can get by Colleen's constant bad attitude! To me a great dining experience has two main components, good food and a nice attitude. Every time we go there she has the same bad attitude. Sorry to say, we will be doing business elsewhere.

My fiancé & I used to visit Coleens as college students, it was our special hidden gem in a sea of diners in the area - we couldn’t resist making another visit when we passed through today! Omg, everyone - stop your search and just visit! Coleens is truly phenomenal. Fun fact - Coleens is a one woman show that’s been around for about 20 years now - she’s the greeter, the server && amazing, amazing cook. She makes the bagels, bread & everything with TLC - so much love. Be kind & call ahead, it gets so busy and a little heads up goes a long way! We love the artwork and common sense rules - Coleens is such a treasure. Sam ordered the veggie bowl & I ordered the breakfast sandwich on her homemade everything bagel w a side of homefries. Try her homemade flavorful hot sauce! (If we could fit more food in we would’ve squeezed in the biscuits & gravy && the French toast - next time, next time!) Support your local businesses!! The best food & service in western NY. Coleen does it all, hostess, waitress, cook & bus. Each of her meals are scratch cooked. We love her rules, no swearing, no cell phone conversations & "be nice." It's like a meal with mom. We luv U Coleen.

Very good. She has sanitizer when you walk in. Paper coffee cups and self serve coffee bar. Each booth is separated by a partition at the top of the seats. She has clear plastic curtains across the opening to each booth also. The menus are paper and disposable. You should make reservations. The food is so good!
