Hairstylist make up their own prices. I have gotten the same Haircut multiple times at Silvano's Brockport yet they have charged me a different price every time. On the wall it clearly states the price of a haircut. However, I've been charged up to 35$ without a tip for a skin fade with a few off the top. I have been refusing to tip. First time I got a haircut there they charged me 25$ so I left a tip with a total of 30$ at the end. However, as I continued to go to silvano's getting the same exact haircut the price magically went up to 35$ without a tip for the exact same haircut in which the price on the wall remains 20$. I will continue to go there. However, its not right to overcharge and pocket peoples money... unbelievable

Ok first of all, I scheduled an appointment on Booksy 4 days in advance @ 6:15, the appointment was denied 4 hours before the appointment, secondly I called to figure out why it was canceled to find out they are not open past 6pm. Why would you put that as a time slot if it is not available? Very unprofessional and will not give this place a chance.

I have been taking my son here for 6 years now and we ALWAYS go to martin. He does an AMAZING job! EVERYTIME! great place, great service, clean, friendly environment. So glad to have silvano's barbershop to take my son to. Well continue to come here.

I Called for the first time today for my boyfriend who would be a new client as we just moved from the city and he is looking for a good local barber so I figured I would start here. When I called a woman who also works as a barber answered the phone VERY rudely, it honestly sounded like I was bothering her or annoying her by my calling to schedule an appointment. I told her I was looking for a Saturday appointment and she said she could do it and I told her no offense I’m sure you do a great job but I know my boyfriend prefers a male barber, well, this clearly offended her because the attitude I received after that solidified the fact that Im not going to bother to bring my business to a place like this that would treat a possible new client like that! Unacceptable and VERY disappointing!
