These guys are the most worst. Went in for a simple thing, they tried telling me my car needed $1400 worth of work. The work needed was $750, $850 TOPS. The kicker is they considered labor for each thing - there's no extra labor to change pads and rotors if you're changing a calliper... I suppose being a little lady my brain wasn't supposed to have enough space for that knowledge - sorry boys. The guy at the front desk was also super gross telling me his wife dresses a certain way for him sometimes. Umm cool bro, thanks for sharing. Save yourselves some dough and creepy vibes and go somewhere else. These guys are crooks. Update 4/30/22 - as I was driving home today, my passenger caliper they replaced shed it's bolts that keep the housing connected to the rest of the wheel and the entire thing slide up the rotor. I work from home and don't drive a lot, so I've put maybe 250-300 miles on the car since they replaced the caliper. Luckily I was on a quiet road and not going super fast when it slid forward. They must have put it on hand tight and forgotten to tighten all the way. Found the bolts in the road and my brother had to come fix it for me. Never going back to these guys!!!

My husband made a appointment for today a few days ago and we got a quote for new tires. Our appointment was at 10 am and he dropped it off at 9:57. Later in the morning my husband got the call that they misquoted him for the tires and they were going to be cheaper which was great. My husband called at 12:45 for the eta on our car because it had been over 3 hours and he needed to pick up the car on his lunch break and take me to work at 2. The person he talked to said it would be ready within the hour. This being said our car was not ready until after two pm. I understand being busy and getting behind but this was unacceptable. When my husband questioned the guy he was incredibly disrespectful and said he could give him a discount if he applied for the credit card. Are you kidding me? Needless to say I ended up walking to work and being late, and my husband ended up going back to his job late from lunch as well. The customer service here is unacceptable and we will never be going back. All we were asking were for complete honesty so that we were both not late for our jobs.

went in for a "good deal" on an alignment, got the call 2 hrs later I needed an outter tie rod end to complete alignment. I was at work in the middle of something so I said to just replace it..... My BAD!!! they charged me $110.00 for a part I bought 2 months ago for $38.95 & they charged me $175.00 to install it! It took me less than 45 min from the time I took jack outta car until I was on the road again!! So I had to see if maybe I'm just cheap and that $300 is a fair price or not.... I found out $300 is fair for doing an axle, wheel bearing & tie rod! I am from outta town & they took advantage of my situation! Plus I drove 740miles to my next project and by the time I got here, the alignment is already off, I had to replace my outter half shaft axle on the side they worked on because they destroyed CV boots & my wheel bearing went bad also, abs & traction control comes on & my brake lights don't work unless I push pedal to floor!!!! They couldn't get any closer to the parts that are now wrecked but never mentioned any of those issues!! Kind of disappointed and feeling like a fool for not just doing work on it myself.!! Lesson learned!!!

The entire staff was very professional and did a great job inspecting my vehicle to advise me what needed/didn't need to be done. They made sure my lug nuts were torqued properly and offered me an awesome deal on future alignments. While I was waiting for my vehicle, the service manager was very helpful and kind to anyone that walked in looking for help. I definitely recommend this location!
