You can always order ahead of time and pick it up so you can minimize your wait time.

They are always busy...walk ins, drive through and online orders. They do care about customer service and have to deal with that one customer who doesn't think about folks in line behind them.
They hire people for minimum wage to do a difficult job. They need more experienced people and higher wages!!

I had to wait a long time the last time i went there. This is a fairly new issue and my guess is they're hiring drug addicts and other people who just don't know what they're doing. I imagine the turnover rate there is high so many people are new.
