We are planning on going to the Tacoma freedom fair on July 4. We are staying at Dash Point. Is it possible to see the fireworks and air shows from the campground anyone know? We have a toddler so city transit that late at night is sort of not ideal.
Do they have showers?
Why does this park open so late? I had arranged for a group of peoppe to show up at 630 am for a morning hike only to find this place closed. Is there another place that I can go and park to access these trails?

I’m thinking about planning a little birthday party there. Does anyone know where shelter one is located? I’ve tried going to the beach and looking online with no success I know shelter 2 is near the parking lot but I can’t find shelter 1?
Does anyone know if any of the tent sites have access to electricity? And if so, when it's shoulder season, does the amount of sites drop? About how many available and are they walk in?
