There's no on-site store, no, but assuming the roads are decently clear, i.e. not Friday afternoon rush hour, there are several convenience stores not more than five, ten minutes away, max.
There's a 7 11 really close by that sells ice but sadly the park does not.

No not that i am aware of. Several gas stations/convenience stores are only 5 min's up up the road you have to take to get to Dash Point State Park. They dont have any store facilities on site.
