Entrance to the park and use of the facilities is free. To use the pavilions, you have to reserve and rent them. I'm not sure if camping is allowed since the rangers come and make sure everyone is out at dusk.
It's absolutely free to walk there, grill some meet and party with kids at playground. Just enjoy your time there
