Really loved how big the rooms were! We only stayed for one night but it was very safe and only 30 to 40 minutes from the Philadelphia Zoo! Well worth the drive to be out of the not so popular areas of Philadelphia. I was traveling with my daughter and grandson so safety was our priority. This hotel was in a great location. Breakfast was great with loads of selections, not many hotels offer this much of a selection. Three counters were full of different choices!

Usually this hotel rates the highest marks for the accommodations at a reasonable price for the location. This night the front desk was slow and unfriendly. Very clean and modern rooms. Will be back as this is the first poor service experience and the roads make it convenient.

This hotel served our needs for a weekend visiting Philadelphia. You can get to and from using toll or non toll roads. The rooms and service were great. The nicest breakfast I've seen at any holiday inn ever. Not much around the hotel within a couple miles but we had food delivered one night. The pool was still closed for the winter. And the pancake machine was broken. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

I booked this hotel for my wedding and created a hotel block here. All of my guests were satisfied with their stay. I worked with Manjeet who great, accommodating and thoughtful. The hotel is a 3-star hotel per Google. I agree with this. The rooms were just fine. The couches in the suites could use a face lift. The decor is dated. The hallways were very clean. My room could have been cleaner (hair in tub, personal belongings in dressers by previous occupant, crumbs on couch). I would have liked extra attention to detail for the bride's room as this room is often used for hair and makeup as well as professional photo and video. I did communicate that this was my intent before booking. The manager was quick to offer suggests to fix my complaints. Although there is not a bar in the hotel, they sell beer and wine in their convenience store. Looking back, the staff and hotel were just fine for our 2 night stay. Thank you for making it easy to work with you.
