Something like a Bob stoller with big tires would probably be fine on most of the trails but an umbrella stroller would not.
I've seen more moms and dads with the "backpack"(not sure if the exact name) for their little ones. If your child is too old for that and walking, I see most parents walking their kids up and down. My neices and nephews ranging from 7 to 13 made it up fine. I wouldn't take a stroller only because of the steps and certain parts of the hike would be very difficult to maneuver a stroller through it.

I agree with both but please be aware that horses and walking trails are combined. Strollers could scare some horses. Let horses pass with stroller well off the path
