Yes, Thomas the train is usually in the engine shed.
They are in storage, but I dont know if they are accessible to the public.
The only Thomas the trains I have seen were the ones unused in the train shed. As far as I know the area is not open to the public. I do not recall there being any Thomas the train engines in the public museum.
