We used this hotel a year ago and it was a great experience. This year we used it and the experience was great until after arriving home, my husband realized he had left a pair of nice tennis shoes. I immediately called the hotel and the gentleman was very defensive and kept saying that nothing was reported to lost and found. We absolutely went from the hotel to home there is no where else the shoes could have gone. Lastly the gentleman hung up on me. Just wished it had been a better response.

It was horrible and dirty, their was toothpaste splatter on the bathroom door, smudges on the mirror, dust all over the table, the bed sheets and covers had stains all over them that looked like blood. Dirt all over the floor, the blankets had food on them, the walls were damaged, some of the outlets didn’t work, I found skittles behind the bed that looked like had been their forever, their is what looked like blood splatter all over the curtain in front of the window, their was a cup ring no one had cleaned. When I told the guy down stairs he didn’t seem to even care and brushed us off and said sorry and walked away. They are just their to make a quick dollar. Listen to the reviews and don’t even go their and don’t waste your time or money.
