The East Beltline location is no longer providing full-service. I cannot speak to the other locations but I think this is due to Covid-19
Don't know. Owners have changed hands in last 3 yrs. or so.

You can vacuum and clean yourself for free 😊
While that is certainly a frustrating experience, and for the second time, I think in the future checking that switch would be the first thing I would do.

I know they have a Gold package which includes wiping the leather interior, vacuuming, cleaning carpets,cleaning windows inside and out and wiping down the doors on the inside.
