Yeah everybody makes mistakes but there it's constantly done...if the food was free it would be ok,but your paying a good price for whatever you get...have them on speed dial and even know the managers name...
I understand that. And I was not rude the first second or even third time. i never raised my voice or said bad words even though he raised his voice to get the attention of the whole store and said he gave me free pies... No sir i paid for those as well as my other food i did not receive. Yes life is short and I do not wish to waist my time working 40 + hours a week to give my dollars away. I'm sure that im probably almost as underpaid as he is, so why act like he did and steal from me? He is a manager and as a manager he should set an example and be held at a higher standard of professionalism...which he completely lacked today.
