Place needs to get it together... used my points in the app to purchase my coffee this morning. Waited in the drive thru for a while because the guy was working both the drive thru and counter. When I finally got to the window, I was told the payment didn't go thru so I owed the amount of my drink. I said I used points so it was free, he said no it didn't go through and showing I needed to pay. I didn't have my card so told him to forget it. Once I got home, I tried to cancel my order on the app but it had apparently already taken my points. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Ordered online through the app went into this location to pick up my food and had absolutely one of the worst customer experiences ever.. I would have asked for a manager except it was the manager that was so incredibly rude! I wasn't alone in being treated poorly, as I witnessed two other customers be treated as bad, by also the manager as well as another employee. It's a convenient location for me but I will try to avoid coming back in the future. I don't expect a lot in fast food but common courtesy shouldn't be too difficult. Attitude reflects leadership captain! No wonder the other employee felt it was okay for his behavior to another customer when watching the manager treat customers in this manner.

Went through on my way home from Springfield and had stopped for 2 frappes and a large mocha all with extra carameland it took them 30 minutes to get my drinks out and there wasn't extra caramel on any of the drinks and the mocha was half full and the rest was whipped cream, the two frappes barely had any whipped cream to top them. Went in to hopefully get it fixed like a respectful mcdonalds would do and got an argumentative manager who instead of offering to fix it after being told as a former employee that extra caramel goes inside of the cup but continued to argue that it all matters who makes it and it was extra caramel. I would not recommend coming through here. If you can I would stop at the McDonald's in Seymour or Springfield or just go to Sonic. It would have been better if they offered to remake the drinks but they didn't.

I went to the drive-through here with my father and second younger half-brother after his baseball games in Fordland, the day before yesterday. I tried their Apple Fritter, which I had never had before, and liked it. I also like their location within Rogersville, how the symbolic Arch can be seen from Highway 60.

Yeah everybody makes mistakes but there it's constantly done...if the food was free it would be ok,but your paying a good price for whatever you get...have them on speed dial and even know the managers name...
Good gloves and masks on the employees
They have recently introduced a new price bracketing policy that effects most location s in the us
