NOT HAPPY WITH MS PROPANE. I've been an MS propane customer for years. All of a sudden, after living in my house for 10+ years, I start getting tank rental bills from them, and then get a letter from them stating they own my tank, and they are going to pull it unless I sign a new rental agreement with them. I called them and told them I owned the tank, and asked why I was getting tank rental fee bills and a letter about them pulling my tank. The lady I talked to said "Can we send someone out to look at your tank?". I asked why and she said "so we can tell if it's our tank or not". I asked her "so you don't have any documentation proving that you own my tank?...then why are you sending me rental fee bills". She said "I have a lot of paperwork on my desk, I'm going to have to get back with you after I go through it and see if I can find some sort of lease agreement". The whole situation doesn't make sense. How can you send someone tank rental bills on a tank they own, and threaten to pull the tank without providing a single document or rental agreement with said tanks serial number listed on it? And they they ask to come out and "inspect the tank to see if it's theirs or not"?? What? It's like someone calling you after 10 years and saying "hey, I own your house...you need to start paying me rent"....without providing a single bit of proof. This has been going on for months....I'm hoping I don't have to take legal action. At this point it's harassment.

Do not recommend using MS Propane as your propane supplier. Not only do they try to charge you outrageous fees, but they are now trying to charge me a tank rental fee when we have been loyal customers for over 5 years. And I have been waiting a month for them to deliver propane. If I could, I would not even give them 1 star. Highly disappointed in them.

I have been a customer with Ms propane for several years. We always purchase pre-buy when propane prices are down. Today I called to get the remainder of my pre-buy delivered. The lady there said that they could not deliver anything under 200 gallons and that propane was $2.35 a gallon today was the price.I told her I just wanted my remainder of what I had already paid for delivered she told me they could not do that and hung up on me this is no way to treat a good customer that has been with your company for years

We have been customers of MS Propane and the previous operator for the last 9 years and our experience has been excellent. They have gone out of the way to relocate the tank when we asked and then to replace the old tank with a new one. Every member of the staff I have dealt with has been competent and professional.

Call green LP thats who owns ms propane and ask for drew and voice your concerns with him. I work for them and I know he wants to keep business so let him know your concerns.
