I had a propane leak. It too 4 days for MFA to respond. They shut tank off and locked tank and said I had to get a plumber to repair it. Repair was completed. I called MFA on a Thursday morning. I didn't receive a call back for 4 days. When I got ahold of MFA they set an appointment out for week's away. Then they got ou and wouldn't test it they said the entire line should be replaced backto the tank. Over 6 weeks without propane

Set on hold 1.5 hours to finally get told they have system problems and the phone system hangs up on us. If you providing propane make sure you can service customers when they are in need of fuel to heat their homes!!!!

My pig tank was empty and we didnt know it until our fireplace wouldnt ignite. When I called the lady told me I had to be responsible for the filling of the tank. I wasnt aware of that so I will do better next time. She was very nice and scheduled a time for a fill right away. Thanks MFA
