Got hired. Thought it be a good job but place is disorganized. Folks sometimes mess up on taking product out of bin and you have to fix it. Inventory system to count is outdated...plus parts have no model labels in bin and you have no idea on what your counting. Also they cut hours a lot....felt like hr should been honest with me on job hour cuts. Also S10 room had no a/c in it. Pretty brutal. There are good folks there but the big wigs have them using old technology. I also counted mixed cans of paint and writing on them was unreadable. It was very frustrating.

Applied for a job here, was invited to come interview and drug. Left with a tour date and was pretty much told to be patient because the shipping crisis is backing up their hiring process. Later that night i noticed I had a email from undercover tell me I did not qualify for the job interview. I already took my drug test, got my interview and a tour date? Must be an error. I message the addeco rep and he pretty much tells me that they had decided that before I came in to drug test but no one knew? Way too many chiefs. Also if I had just applied through addeco i would qualify? There is obviously issues with management. Very unorganized. Don't expect work from them cause someone out of all those chiefs with have the final answer but waste your time letting you just find out. After that terrible experience with their horrible hiring process I get another email, stating they'd like to hear more from me and invited me into apply again? All within 2 days. Very poor hiring process. Why pay a staffing agency if you are gonna step on their toes or hire alongside with them. Lost a good hard worker. Goodluck with that high turn over rate.
