No it doesn't and yes get there early and I would also advise you to wear the swimming shoes
No, we found a parking space and followed the other visitors down to the water. That simple. We got there around 11am and that was just in time to get a spot. Might want to arrive a little earlier. Wear water shoes, as we did find some broken glass in the water. Have fun and be safe!
