When we went it was over in like 30 minutes. We didn't get to see any venom extractions like the website said. It was rather boring and a waste of gas driving 2 hours.
There wasn't any food sold at the zoo. Its pretty small. But there are restaurants nearby.
Its most definitely worth the trip! They people who guide the tours are volunteers. Kaylin really knows her stuff! You can even watch venom extraction at no extra charge at certain times each day! And if you want to ger more out of your trip, theres plenty of other things you can add to the planner for the day! A zipline and everything. But IMO, the reptile zoo itself is worth the trip down!
What about the reptiles?? Can we spend the whole day there or is it just a couple of hours type thing... I'm picky when it comes to eating out though, I don't like to waist my time or money on bad food.
