Room was not ready when we arrived at 4 pm. Desk staff not friendly. Dining room not open. “Staffing issues”. Room had a nice view. Bathroom had mold in the tile grout. The natural bridge was worth the trip. The lodge not so much. Oh and the pool was at least a mile from the lodge! Would not stay here again.

Beautiful location. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Definitely experienced the southern hospitality. The rooms are nice they've recently been redone. The beds were a not terrible but not as comfortable as the Hampton this the reason for the 4 star on the room.

Staff was great. Unfortunately the dining experience not so much. The hot brown was nasty. It was the best in the state about a year ago. We have eaten them here many times in the past. Unfortunately they changed the recipe and it was nasty to be nice. Had a few bites. Paid our bill tipped our waitress well because it wasn't her fault someone changed it. Left most of it on the plate. At least there are other places to eat close. Subway down the road would have been better. Completely disappointed!!!

Cute place at the edge of the hiking trails, great location. We didn't stay here, only stopped in for questions after our hike so not sure how the rooms are. Front desk staff was friendly & helpful. We looked around before leaving & there's awesome scenery off the back of the hotel. The fog was rolling in on a drizzly day & it nestled in the mountains making a beautiful picture. They have many bird feeders along the walkway so it's nice to see the many birds visiting.
