Very unique place. The lodge building with the bar and restaurant is an old school house. Cabins surround the main building. Very well run and near a national wildlife refuge with some of the best duck & goose hunting in the country.

Historic schoolhouse turned restaurant/bar. This is the hub of a local hunting lodge with rental cabins. Best liquor selection in the area. Wise to call them regarding hours of operation.

We had dinner and drinks here the night before opening dove season. I was very happy with the service and the rib eye steak was cooked exactly to order. The steak came with a monster baked potato garlic toast and an average salad bar. After dinner I ordered a Gran Marnier and was surprised when it came in a warmed brandy snifter. Prices were really good, for food and drinks. They had entertainment in the dinning room whick was a pop country singer with guitar. He sang some cover songs but also had many original songs that he played. I wish I could remember his name, he was really good. Overall nice experience...I would definitely go back and recommend this place.
