We had the best stay at Sugar Creek Lodge. We found this place when we came to Mena for Valentine’s Day and had stayed in an Airbnb. We found this place on Google looking for a place to rent ATVs and that’s when we met the owner Roger. It was off season and ATV trails were closed at that time, so we didn’t ride, but he then drove us around the lodge and showed us all the cabins and gave us the tour of his beautiful land. We vowed to come back and stay, which we just did for our anniversary. It was as wonderful and relaxing as we’d hoped. Roger is such a sweet soul and went above and beyond to accommodate any needs we had. The ATV trails were amazing also, we went out all day and only explored a small fraction of what’s available to see. It’s important to know there is no cell service at your cabin, and you’ll need your check book or a decent amount of cash for the cost of the cabin and anything you do/buy within the lodge. We were prepared with that knowledge so it was no problem for us. We took a deck of cards and board games for lazy days. Wifi is available in the restaurant if needed.

We stayed the week after labor Day and had a blast. The staff was courteous and polite. The cabin was what you should expect for the price in the Mena area. We will be back.

We just returned from staying at Sugar Creek Lodge for 5 days and it was great. Excellent staff and lots of things to do. We were there for the ATV trails but they have other activities such as zip lines. My son and his cousin did a small zip line they have and were thrilled. Our cabin deck overlooked the Cassatot river and it was awesome. If you have the fb page for this place please share, I could not bring anything up.
