They are kept behind a chainlock fence. You are allowed to get within a couple of feet of them but these are not take animals like your pets. They pace continuously (at lest the wolves did) and are very easily frightened.
Not to pet them they are in rehab from abuse or unjury
Not that I know of. More like a zoo where you can get close to the enclosure. But check out what tours they have available. It's been a long time since I was there in depth. When I went a couple months ago it was for an eagle release. Didn't visit the sanctuary.
