I loved it? Everyone is wonderful to talk with. Well run and very clean. I found a wonderful bunny. His name is Peter. He and I will go back and visit everyone!

Adopted an adorable cat. Had it for 2days. Did Not expect this "perfect" cat to be a continual hard biter. Had to take him back 2nd day. Very Disappointed and sad cried. They were not empathetic to my situation. Was not given any options. Still do not have a cat. Not happy.

Recently I tried to adopt a dog. I actually was going to buy direct but after watching sad commercials, reading post on social media saying don’t buy adopt, and recent news stories saying the dogs are at capacity at my local animal shelter, changed my mind about buying direct. I completed the application, which I felt I would be a great candidate considering my living and family background. I completed the application on Friday, immediately I was emailed a response with questions about my application. Idk at the time I thought this adoption may happen this weekend, with all the questions they asked me to explain and I also sent proof to some of the answers. I was waiting for the response to my last email, but no response. The next day, I emailed the agency with concerns because the last email I received from the agency said “unfortunately” we can’t see your attachment could I send it again, which I emailed again. The agency emailed me again saying it takes a few days to review applications (All our conversations were over email no phone calls which I felt these all could have been clear with a simple phone call instead of waiting for emails). I waited 6 days no response front the agency so I emailed them what’s the status of my application, no response. 7th day I received an email from the agency saying remember we told you we have questions about your application, we need an explanation for this question. They way it was written I thought I missed the question and they’ve been waiting on me to respond. I looked back on the email thread and noticed they didn’t ask me that question before. That’s when I got very irritated. I’m thinking the agency was investigating my application but there was no urgency. There was no real emergency that their facility was at capacity. This agency is click bait. The ads aren’t to help get the dogs get adopted it’s for the donations, and yes there are adoptions but if you pay attention to negative reviews on Google and Yelp, you would see there are stories are very similar to mine. Runaround and irradiated customer. I almost never write reviews, I usually just don’t do business with that company. However, the last response I received from the agency was we have to make sure you’re the right fit for the dog. The audacity of this agency! If they cared to do any screenings it would be over the phone or in person, not a stream of emails over a weeks time. If they’re getting 20 dogs a week (what the agency claims), why would they wait so long to screen applicants. It seems that this company is operating a scam for donations not finding homes for pets. They rather keep a pet in a cage to get donations than to help get these pets in a home.

I'm over a year late, but I adopted my cat Callie here last February. Everything went smoothly. I was approved to come in and adopted her that same weekend with no issues. Everyone was super helpful and kind and even recommended a vet nearby to take her to. Thank you so much for everything!

I also had this issue too. I called for 2 days straight to try to surrender our dog, then I decided to just go in, then they made me schedule it like 4 days later I was pretty disappointed. And they didn't really seem very busy at all :(

Since no one answers the phone there during business hours, why is there no voicemail to leave a message. I had to listen to the phone ring for three minutes and then it hangs up my call. I have been trying to call to cancel an appointment.

The winter is their busy time. I would suggest, like the others, just keep trying. Cold animals require a lot of attention.

Im going through something similar with my jack russel. I started walking here when my 14 year old dog passed because she was broken hearted. Then i went back to trying toget her to go in back yard. She will only go out back if she cant hold it anymore. So i stated putting down those puppy pzds at night just incase she can't hold it. Other then that im not sure. My other dog has seizures and is very jealous of her sister. She peed just before she had one.

I can no long care for an adopted beagle. How can I give her to a pound. She has all her shots and recently went to the vets for a full check up.
