Very interested in the dog but every dog I seem to be interested in they say it's not going to be a good fit and wish I could bring a few dogs to me because I have no way of getting up there I have a county person but they're not allowed to go out of the county so I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place

Clean and roomy , This is 1 of the Humans Society's that don't put the animals to sleep. They are cared for and treated very well while waiting on their forever home. The animals can go out side while in their own run. And also get human contact by the volunteers and staff that work there. My grandson volunteered,he is 8 and was so happy to be able to have contact with the animals. Which makes them less afraid. If you can't find a home for you pet ,please, consider the Humane Society rather than letting the animal loose.

Absolutely wonderful people . I was looking for a certain kind of animal. They helped me all the way!!! I'm disabled and they walked me through everything... I love my pet and there the absolute best in my book... HANDS DOWN . you don't have to go broke finding your forever pet.

I also got a dog ,with in 21/2 weeks i had to have Harley put down due to health problems. They say all there pets have a wellness check. That's a lie
No, just when you are approved and the day you take the dog or cat home.
It depends on the type of sick. If they have anything contagious then no however, if it isnt they more then likely will.
It doesn't. But call to make sure they have room.
They say they do a wellness check. I really don't think so. I got a dog there. 2 1/2 weeks later Harley had to be put down due to a list of health problems. If they did a wellness check. All of his health problems would of been they on paper in black and white !!!!!!
Most are strays or from people who didn't want the puppies their dog had . . $40 for dogs $50 for puppies. All have their shots and have been neutered or spayed
No not currently
We are not aware of any legislative restrictions. Cruelty situations should be reported to the police first. Stray cats are a real problem in our community, Spaying and neutering is key to reduce the excess population, there are low cost alternatives available if people are willing to participate.
Yes
I'm sure if you contact the Humane Society where you took Daisy they would be able to tell what you want to know. So sorry that you had to do that. It had to be hard.
I'm sorry I do not... But start with humane society, therapists, tri county rescue,
They do not euthanize their animals, and the staff are very friendly.
He has been adopted.
Yes, they have them there.
Cash has been adopted
I'm not sure, adoptions from there are $100-$130.
The shelter does not euthanize for space and works very hard to place all adoptable animals that come to the shelter's care. Please call the shelter at 814-677-4040 to discuss your particular situation. So very sorry for your current circumstances. Thank you.
You can try precious paws in Franklin
Have you tried calling precious paws?
Call them
They are full on cats right now.
There are agencies that may be able to help. I believe the humane society is full with cats. Maybe try precious paws rescue, they may be able to pick it up for you
Cats are $65 for over 11 months old and $75 for any age under that. I think she's been adopted.
I think so too. We like to go and see what they have onces and awhile.
As far as I can tell there are some things you ha e to do to be able to take an animal. My mother-in-law adopted a cat from them and had to take proof of her residency with her to adopt. I believe they asked for the deed to her home to prove she owned her home.
$40 or $50. Cannot remember exactly. That's for an adult. Higher for a kitten.
I've seen a sign up for a while now that says they have to many cats already there
