Yes, you can do that. But you technically have two options. 1. If you have a computer, you can go online and do the renewal and payment, and then print out a camera card. You take that camera card to the DMV and get your picture taken. 2. You can take your renewal card in and do it all there, it's just a longer process because you take a number and wait your turn on one side to do the renewal. Then you're sent over to the other side where you take a number, wait your turn, and do the camera card part of it. Its just a longer wait is all.

No, not at this time. Meadville is offering testing. They are open 5 days a week currently.
Go to dmv with birth cert, so card, proof of address within 3 mos (utility bill/car registration or insurance)

I dont think the permit test is available at the Seneca location on Saturdays. I think only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for permit testing at Seneca. I understand the test team moves and works from different locations during the week.
