Experience there was okay. From what I've seen, they always have at most 2 people working which really holds up the lines and takes forever. Went to take my driver's test, the lady who was with me made me end the test early and failed me bc of one mistake. My brother took his test an hour after me, made the same mistake I made, but passed bc he had a different (and much better) instructor. I didn't get her name, but the lady with the brown hair and no glasses really needs an attitude check and should take some advice from the dark skinned man that was also working there.

Sorry Phyllis not positive...just went in for the New state required Real ID and just really needed your valid drivers license and your Passport. They are sticklers about proper legal ID in NC....go on they're website...and I'd recommend making an appt. There were long lines and long waits if you don't have an appt.
Yes walk-ins are allowed but you have to listen to someone tell you why you should have tried to get an appointment if you're willing to listen to a little being fussed at they will eventually take you in after they've taken all the people who have appointments in
As of now no you dont have to make an appointment. It helps making an appointment but sometimes you just gotta go up there and stand and wait

Look online for the dmv and they should be able to tell you. I'm sure that they list a phone number.
Put your and their name on the title, get it notarized and then take it to the DMV and pay the fee

If you have title in hand notarized and bill of sale with you if you get pulled over that's the proof that you need to show that you've you own that car and you're headed to the DMV in North Carolina to take care of the rest of the paperwork.
Go online to ncdmv and order a copy. I think it's 15 to 20 bucks
