I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel like I need to this time. We just recently bought a bed and 2 nightstands. When I buy a complete bed I expect to get the headboard and footboard. Well I guess I was mistaking, Kimball's sells them separate. For the amount we paid I would have never agreed to buy just the headboard alone. We called back asking why it was not in the box, and was told oh sorry didn't know you wanted the footboard. That will be 500 dollars more if you want it. The bad part is we went online and found out we could get the same bed, THE COMPLETE BED for less. Do your homework before you think about buying from them. We will not be back! They are WAY overpriced.

Beware, customer service is awful. I would have left a zero star rating but it would not let me. These people do not care about the customers and laugh at you when you say you’re unhappy. She told people to go leave a review it will not affect us because we have a five star rating. Like she didn’t care even though we were unhappy an unsatisfied customers. Avoid at all cost!

Yes, they also can order in store and it doesnt take long at all. Call and make sure they have what you want in still in stock. :) I know Ashley and Badcock has them also. I think Big Lots does too ;)
