Unique Embroidery/DTG are definitely unique! there service has been top notch, I contacted them about doing some custom work on some scrubs i had for my GF, and they were able to get it done quickly. I also had pants delivered that i did not need work done on, and the inventoried everything to make sure i got everything back when i picked up the scrubs. Additionally, they do Auto Tinting! i was able to get my tints done within a few hours and with state of the art printing machines. they are not your little corner shop, they have industrial equipment and state of the art machinery. I hardly write reviews but i felt like the service and work done there deserved a write up. They also speak great Spanish, and English, so no matter what your preference is they can assist.

Customer service oriented and a quality product! I needed t-shirts for a family reunion in July. This being my first time coordinating t-shirt orders, I spoke with three DTG t-shirt companies. Unique was the only one that made the process easy. They assured me my print would transfer direct to garment without pixelation, which it did. They offered various styles without quantity minimums per style. Their prices were the best of the three and their service was outstanding. When I had to add shirts after pickup, it was not a problem. When I needed the add-ons in 24 hours, they said yes come by they will be ready. I felt important here. Best part, the shirts were a big hit at the reunion. Thank you Unique!

Terrible… They took my payment and then called me a couple days later saying I never paid and then realized that I paid and try to rush my order in three days to meet their seven day turnaround and ruined my T-shirts. Then when I called to tell them about it all they did was try to throw the contract in my face saying that they were not responsible. Never apologized. I made T-shirts for brand something that I was reselling to my customers and they did not take their time to do a good job it is already hard enough to find quality work in Orlando. It’s never about money but it’s so hard to find people that will just do a good job take your time I don’t care about getting it back in seven days I just wanted it to be done the correct way.
