Have a small cat that I have been feeding weekends at camp. Not feral, very sweet and friendly. She recently reveiled two kittens to us approx. 8 weeks old. Can I bring to your no kill shelter? Appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Pa law is that once you start feeding an outdoor cat, it is considered your responsibility by law. So to surrender it to a shelter you will have to pay the surrender fee. It is now your cat by law.
