They have an entire gluten free menu. Just ate there yesterday and my son is GF. There's always a chance of cross contamination, but for a restaurant to claim it has gluten free foods (and Vegan), it has to follow procedures to insure cross contamination doesn't occur. Just keep in mind, there's always the chance of human error.
No, i wouldn't. If you're very allergic to gluten, this restaurants specialty is pasta. Even a non wheat ingredient item will have a good chance of cross contamination with glutens.
