I placed an order tonight for the chicken strip & ribs family meal with fries and broccoli. As soon as I started pulling stuff out of the bag I realized my fries were missing so I called them and they said they would refund my fries. I had glanced in the container with the ribs quickly before placing the call to see if the fries were there but after hanging up the phone and plating my child's food, I realized there was no barbecue on the ribs (I asked for Carolina gold) and ON TOP OF THAT to my surprise there was a long piece of plastic that was stuck to the ribs. I thought it was part of the ribs at first but when my husband got home, he pulled it out of the container and asked me why there was plastic in there. He was already mad at the other issues so this was the final straw. I honestly couldn't believe it. I've eaten at this location at least a dozen times in the past and never have I experienced anything this bad. The quality has definitely been going down over the last year or so but this was next level. I hate to say it but I won't be eating here again.

Came here twice recently, once with family and the other with my fiancé. The food was alright but the service was astounding, shout-out to Allison for being funny and showing us a good time. She also helped me pick out a great drink on my 21st because I didn’t know what to pick. THANKS GIRL

Had the best service tonight. Rue was an amazing waitress. My strawberry lemonade was great. My husband and I both got steak dinners. He got the filet and I the Louisiana sirloin. Both tasted great. Sides were fresh and hot. Rolls were the perfect temperature . We would definitely come back after service like tonight.
