Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen is a go to when we want something fresh and light. The staff is always personable and the service is quick because they make your meal as you make your selections. It is like Subway for Salads/Soups. My go to salad is the Chicken Taco but I tried the Bibim Noodle Bowl last time and it was great and full of Asian flavors. This is a great restaurant if you want to watch your calories but still have a flavorful meal. Only draw back is that it is a bit pricey.

I eat here like 3 times a week. Great salad options. My favorite is the Bluegrass Blackberry. Always great service, great portions, fresh ingredients, and quick. Just an overall great staple for people with restricted diets like me.

Wonderful salad restaurant. We "built" our own salad. The salad ingredient choices were plentiful. Eveything was very fresh. Prices were very reasonable. Great job!

I was headed back to Charlotte from my race in Seattle got off the highway here in Lexington said to myself, I would love a salad tonight. Parked the truck in the Walmart looked up on the phone and boom there's a salad place right around the corner. Awesome staff great food so much to choose from and they have outdoor seating
